Passing through Kulptown, Saw this impressive Fire Police-ex ambulance vehicle sitting in the parking lot. Could not pass up getting a picture of it for the web site.

Taken a few years ago, I found this picture in the archives. Its another reconditioned Ambulance. This was during a bad accident on Route 183 at Plum Creek.

Newly refurnished Traffic 85 from Spring Township is the old Squad truck from Lincoln Park set up with Fire Police equipment plus some fire emergency gear.It is NO longer known as Traffic 85, but now is called Squad 85-1. If needed for emergency traffic calls. Please have Berks dispatch Squad 85-1.

 

Even though not "Berks" county, this is another active fire police unit from Trexlertown.
