Recently I happened upon an accident scene that I never got to. It was at Cross Keys road and Route 61, on the "S" Curve.

I never got to the scene beause the Fire Police Officer at the intersection requested my assistance in borrowing my cones to close the road. He is an Fire Police officer from Laureldale. And he is still waiting to be issued cones for his use.

Here is how he parked, which is PROPER because he may not use a Blue lighted vehicle to block a road. After we set up the cones, there was no need to block the intersection with his car.
